Matthew Goldfarb is a wine cellar management and collection consultant living
in Los Angeles. He has worked in some of the most prestigious private wine
cellars in the United States and currently manages some of the largest and most
expensive wine collections in the country. Having worked in the collectible wine
business for the past 7 years, Matthew founded The Cellar Manager LLC in 2011
and holds an Advanced certificate in Wines & Spirits through the Wine & Spirit
Education Trust of London.
Initially from a hospitality background, Matthew has worked in managerial positions at some of Los Angeles' most recognized and celebrated restaurants, including the Palm in West Hollywood and the former La Cachette in West LA. Drawn to everything wine and food related, Matthew is a skilled cook, constantly creating new dishes to pair with wine from his personal collection to serve to family and friends.
